Quick,

Called them
on a
Saturday
morning
after our
washing
machine
suddenly
wasn't
spinning and
with 3 kids
under 5
years, one
newborn, a
working
washing
machine is
essential.
Simon (from
Victorian
Appliances
Services,
contracting
to UWMS)
came out by
lunch as
promised and
nailed the
problem very
quickly
(broken
capacitor),
had it fixed
and all for
a very
reasonable
price with a
12 month
parts
warranty.
Both Simon
and the
person on
the phone
was most
friendly and
professional
all the way
through.
Thanks!

My Fisher&Paykel
703 washing
machine
wouldn't get
to the spin
cycle and
was filled
with clothes
and water. I
called UNIT
WASHING
MACHINE
SERVICE and
was
wonderfully
greeted.
Even though
Bentleigh
days are
Mon, Wed and
Friday (
today is
Thursday )
they would
make an
attempt at
getting the
service man
to me
immediately.
My details
were taken
and OMG the
service man
arrived
within the
hour. After
my
explanation
of the
circumstances
he located
the problem
in seconds.
And fixed
it. Of
course it
was
explained,
by the very
pleasant and
polite
serviceman,
that being
10yrs old,
the pump is
worn out and
could go
again
anytime. As
it is in my
best
interests at
home to
purchase a
new washing
machine I
chose to
gamble and
only pay the
very
reasonable
service
charge,
especially
in
comparison
to others
these days.
The service
man and I
both then
realised
upon fixing
the problem
that the
laundry
trough had a
blockage. I
am now
nearly
finished a
load, the
trough is
unblocked
and working
beautifully.
Thank you
for my very
pleasant
encounter
with your
company. I
do realise
that it may
not be as
prompt next
time, but
you have my
recommendation
anytime.

Had our
Samsung
Washing
Machine
repaired.
Very good
service and
reasonably
priced. The
serviceman
had to take
the door
away to get
a part and
returned it
ASAP

Our washing
machine
would not
pump out
water.
Searched for
repairers
and found
Unit washing
machine then
stumbled
across WOMOW
for reviews.
So thought I
should come
back and
tell my
experience.
We thought
we needed a
new pump.
Turns out
some metal
thing was
stuck in the
filter. Only
cost $22.
The guy also
told us we
should clean
the filter
every 3
months.
Never knew
that.
Definitely
recommend
them and
will keep
this company
in mind.

Absolutely
wonderful.
Washing
machine was
leaking
water and on
previous
advice from
Fisher &
Paykel
wasn't worth
fixing, best
to buy
another. It
was worth
fixing, as
this model
and parts
were not
made in
China. So it
will go on
for another
5 or more
years.

I needed my
dishwasher
fixed and I
was told a
time and the
service man
turned up on
time. My
pump had
gone and
they took it
away and
reconditioned
it . This
saved me
heaps of
money and I
have had no
trouble
since

Front
loading
washer was
not
completing
cycle or
pumping out
water. I
phoned at
9am on a
Saturday and
was promised
someone
would be
here by 4.
The repair
man arrived
45 minutes
early
(ringing
first, to
make sure I
was home)
and had the
job done in
about 20
minutes.
Left no
mess.
Courteous
and
efficient.
$130 for
time and to
replace
pump; no
call out
fee.
